InSite

InSite is the Profit Intranet application. It gives you quick access to data and you always have access to the data (after all, an internet browser is all you need). You do not even need a PC or laptop: a tablet or smartphone suffices. InSite has the look & feel of a website and the control is easy.

Profit Windows and InSite are seamlessly and in 'real-time' connected to each other. It does not matter whether you view data using Profit or InSite, you always work with the current data.

In your organisation, are you already using an intranet to keep your staff informed of the latest news, birthdays and other information? Or are you still using e-mails and paper to distribute information?

Can your employees apply for leave and change their addresses themselves? Or do they have the HR department do it for them?

Description

To keep InSite up to date, an integrated Content Management System (CMS) is available to you. This is a tool that allows you as the site administrator to easily customise texts, add pages and images and even change the menu structure.

The main advantage of InSite is that it records everything at the source. An employee enters and adjusts his own data, then a manager checks the information and after approval the data can be found in the back office immediately. Therefore, the HR department no longer needs to administer data, just check it, which saves a great deal of time and avoids unnecessary errors.

Using InSite, you can control the internal document flow, replacing the entire intranet. You can implement your own look and feel, your own logo and your own colours, making InSite a genuinely customised product. We also recommend you do not name it My InSite, but to give it the name of your company.

Example:

Your company is called EnYoi ICT Service B.V. In that case, use Mijn EnYoi as the name for InSite.
