Pages and overviews in InSite and OutSite
For users, the pages you display form the content of the site. You can configure each page at your own discretion.

Description
You use pages to display data on the site. Which data you can display and how you can display it depends on the page you add.Per page, three audit fields are (automatically) completed so that you know when and who by the page was last edited. It concerns the following fields:
- Created
Profit enters the data of the logged on user in this field when adding a new page.
- Last changed on
Profit enters the current date/time in this field when publishing the page. Profit updates this field when you publish the draft of a page or if you re-publish a page yourself.
- Last published by
Profit enters the data of the logged on user in this field at the same time as 'Last published on'.
Document template/Page type
You add a page as a document or as a page. A document is based on a document template. You add and maintain these document templates yourself.
Profit gives you access to various default page types. You cannot add page types yourself. A page type displays information about Profit data. For instance, if you add the overview of the Contact person page type to your site, visitors see the overview of all the Contact persons present in Profit. This overview is automatically updated.
You decide yourself which page type you want to activate on your site.
