Place an overview on a portal page

You can display multiple overviews on one page and combine them in a grouping.

In this part, you add and then group three overviews. Hieronder zie je een voorbeeld van het resultaat:

The overviews you want to add or combine must exist and have the appropriate layout. It is, however, possible to adjust the layout later on. If you retrieve an overview page, you can modify the presentation. You can also change the column layout in Profit Windows.

To place an overview on a portal page:

1. Log on and start Site management.
   1. Open the site.
   2. Log on with the username and password.
   3. Click on: OK.
   4. Click on the user name at the top right.

      

   5. Click on: Site management.

2. Open the page on which you want to display the overviews.
3. Click on: Edit (in the Page frame).
4. Click on: Layout in the Display frame.
5. Click on: New / Onderdeel uit bestaande pagina in the Page parts frame.

6. Select the page you want to display.
   • Page type

     You mostly choose a general type. For an overview with tasks, select Dossier because tasks are always based on dossier items.

   • Based on: the overview you want to display.
   • Part: always select Overview.

   

7. Click on: Create.

   The overview is placed on the page.

Include overviews in a grouping:

1. Click on: New / Grouping in the Page parts frame.

2. Select the presentation style.
3. Select the Animation check box if you want to have a nice transition when switching between tabs.

   

4. Click on: Create..

   An empty grouping has been added to the page.

5. Drag the images into the grouping one-by-one. If you drag an overview into a grouping, a green dotted line becomes visible.
6. Drag the grouping to the place where you want to display it.

To publish a page:

1. The page is now ready and you can publish it.
2. Click on: Publish.

   

3. Confirm the publication of the page.
