View a cost estimate in InSite

You can view the cost estimate/quotation in InSite. You use the Cost estimate menu function to open an overview of all cost estimates in InSite. From this overview, you open the properties of a specific cost estimate to view the data.

What the project details page looks like, depends on the role you have in a project. If you do not have a role in the project, you see a basic page with basic information. The project data you see on these pages has been configured by the site administrator.

To view a cost estimate in InSite:

  1. Open the site.
  2. Log on with the username and password.
  3. Click on: OK.
  4. Click on: Projects.
  5. Click on Projects again.

  6. Click on: cost estimates.

    InSite may have been configured differently for you, in which case the description of the action deviates.

  7. You can view the data here.
  8. Click on: a line to open the detail lines of a cost estimate.
