Cut and paste workflow parts

You can copy parts of the workflow and move them using cut, copy and paste.

You select one element as the basis. This element, together with the linked elements, is cut or copied.

To cut and paste elements:

  1. Open Profit.
  2. Go to: CRM / Dossier / Configuration / Dossier item type.
  3. Open the properties of the dossier item type..
  4. Go to the tab: Workflows.
  5. Open the properties of the workflow..
  6. Select the task or action that you want to copy.
  7. Press: Ctrl+C.

    If you want to move a part, use cut (hotkey Ctrl+X) instead of copy.

  8. Click on the place in the workflow where you want to paste the parts.
  9. Press: Ctrl+V.
  10. Click on: Publish.
