Add articles to a product group (InSite & OutSite)
You can display new articles on the InSite site and the OutSite site. To do so, you first have to link the new articles to one or more product groups. Per product group, you can specify if it is visible in InSite and/or OutSite (anonymous website or portal).
You can only add articles to product groups if you have first created the product groups. You then have to make the product group visible in OutSite.
To add an article to a product group so it is shown on the OutSite site/customer portal:
- Open Profit.
- Add the article or the assembled item.
- Go to: Order Management / Item / Grouping / Product group.
- Open the properties of a product group.
- Go to the tab: Producten.
- Click on: New.
You now see a view with all the articles.
- Filter on the article(s) that you want to add to the product group.
- Select the articles.
- Click on: OK.
- Save the changes.
