Salary processing

The goal of the salary processing is the correct calculation of the salary. Once the salary has been calculated correctly, the pay slip, journal entry, payment and declaration can follow.

The process for the salary processing is as follows:

The salary processing for one or more periods takes place in the Salary processing cockpit. Within the Salary processing cockpit all functions required for an efficient salary processing are available.

Preparation

• Configure a salary processing plan
• Configure the processing in groups

Procedure

• Grant a periodic increase
• Process a period
• Payroll Auditor
• Close a period
• Check a processed period
• Reprocess
• Approve
• Journalise
• Delete processing
