Authorise Sales price based on the hourly wage

After you have activated the functionality, you must authorise the menu options, actions and tabs for the Calculate sales price based on hourly wages function.

To authorise Sales price based on hourly wage:

  1. Go to: General / Management / Authorisation tool.
  2. Go to the tab: Menu.
  3. Go to: Projects / Prices and rates / Hourly wage factor and surcharge.
  4. Authorise the Hourly wage factor and surcharge and Hourly wage factor discount menu options using the default method.
  5. Go to the tab: Authorisation.
  6. Go to: Project / Hourly wage factor and surcharge.
  7. Authorise the actions and tabs using the default method.

    You can authorise on the following parts:

    • Hourly wage factor and surcharge by employee
    • Hourly wage factor and surcharge by project
    • Hourly wage factor and surcharge
    • Hourly wage factor discount
  8. Close and reopen the environment when you are finished.

  9. Correct the hourly wage factor for ‘65+’
