Populate the Hourly wage factor discount table

Enter the possible discount on the hourly wage factor in the Hourly wage factor discount table.

To populate the Hourly wage factor table:

  1. Go to: Projects / Prices and rates / Hourly wage factor discount.
  2. Click on: New.
  3. Enter a code and a clear description for the discount on the hourly wage factor. You cannot change this code at a later stage.
  4. Enter an hourly wage factor discount, for example 0.250 (in case of an hourly wage factor of e.g. 1.5 this results in a final hourly wage factor 1.25).
  5. Click on: Finish.
  6. In the same way populate the table with possible discounts on hourly wage factors.

  1. Calculate a sales price based on an hourly wage
  2. Activate the Sales price based on the hourly wage functionality
  3. Authorise Sales price based on the hourly wage
  4. Configure the Hourly wage factor and surcharge table
  5. Configure the Hourly wage factor discount table

  7. Set the hourly wage factor for a project and/or employee
  8. Deviate from work type for Hourly wage factor, Surcharge and Hourly wage factor discount
  9. Correct the hourly wage factor for ‘65+’
