Configure the Teams entry layout for header data of specific teams

You change the entry layout for teams if you want to set it so Profit automatically enters the project number for the team name and the description of the corresponding project for the description under new specific teams. This setting is handy if you do a lot of work with specific project teams.

Note:

This settings for the entry layout apply only to a specific team. You still have to enter a name for a generic team manually, even if the check box for the setting is selected.

To set a cost estimate entry layout for teams:

Go to: General / Management / Entry layout.
Open the entry layout properties Teams that you use or add a new entry layout that you base on the Team (Profit) default entry layout.
Go to the tab: General settings.
Select the Copy header data for specific teams from project check box if you want to set it so Profit automatically enters the project number and description of the project as the team name and description for new specific teams.
Click on: OK.
