Add a quotation for sales

You add a quotation as a basis for sales.

To add a cost estimate/quotation:

  1. Go to: Projects / Cost estimate / Cost estimate.
  2. Click on: New.
  3. Select the entry layout.Cost estimate (Profit).
  4. Click on: OK.
  5. Select the project..

    Profit automatically enters the sales contact. You can leave the date and reference date set to the system date.

  6. Press: F5.
  7. Complete the entry line.

    Note:

    When you enter the article you must first select the Art type and then the code, otherwise an error message appears.

  8. Click on: Finish.
  9. Click on: Yes.
