Customise an entry layout for digital pre-entry of the packing slip

You can register the services that transporters offer for sending packages. You can manually register or import the services.

Note:

If you want to/have to select Services with services and extra services in the packing slip, it is important that these fields always have the same contents as at TransSmart. Therefore only add combinations per transporter that you have agreed with TransSmart.

It could be that you need to first authorise transporters, services and import (Transporter service).

To add services of transporters manually:

1. Go to: Order Management / Sales / Configuration / Transporter.
2. Open the properties of the transporter.
3. Go to the tab: Services.
4. Click on: New.
5. Enter a value in Code.
6. Enter a value in Description with which you can recognise the service in the entry layout.
7. Select a value for Service or add one using New. The services you add here, you can also select from other transporters.
   1. Enter a value in Code.
   2. Enter a comprehensive Description.
   3. Click on: Finish.
   4. Add as many services as required.
   5. Click on: Cancel.
   6. Click on: OK.
8. Select a value for Extra service or add one.
9. Click on: Finish.
