View transporters per sales contact

Transporters may choose not to deliver packages in certain regions or not to deliver certain types of goods, such as refrigerated articles. You want to inform the sales contacts who receive their goods via this transporter of this.

From a new view you can see which sales contacts have been linked to the transporter.

To view transporters per sales contact:

1. Go to: Order Management / Sales / Sales contact.
2. Click on: Views and then on New view....
3. Create a new view based on the existing view Sales contacts/debtors.
4. Click on: Next.
5. Complete the fields.
6. Click on: Next.
7. Retain the Name and NR fields and delete the rest of the fields:
8. Add the Description field of the transporter:
   1. Enter Transporter in the search field.
   2. Click on: Search.
   3. Add the Description to the fields in the data collection.
9. Click on: Next.
10. Select the Advanced filter.
11. Select the Omschrijving (Verkooprelatie - Vervoerder) field and specify that this field cannot be empty.
12. Click on: Finish.
