Track and trace and view the specification of a prenotified shipment
From within the packing slip properties and from the TransSmart portal, you can track the shipment until is is delivered to your contact. You can use this information if your sales contact calls you with questions about the shipment. In addition to the progress of the shipment, you can use the TransSmart portal to retrieve a specification of the calculated costs. This allows you to check your invoices.
This specification is built up in accordance with the cost centre that is set in the sales contact profile of the sales contact.
To view the progress of a prenotified shipment using the packing slip in Profit:
- Go to: Order Management / Sales process / Packing slip.
- Open the packing slip that you have digitally prenotified to TransSmart and for which Status shipment is set to the Shipment received correctly status.
- Click on: Track and trace info.
In your browser, you can now see where your shipment is.
To view the progress and specification of a prenotified shipment using the TransSmart portal:
- Click on: the shortcut to the TransSmart portal.
- Search for the shipment.
Among other things, you see the price calculated for the transport.
- Click on: the link in the Track & Trace column.

To view the log files of the communication with TransSmart:
In the event of problems in the communication with TransSmart you can view the log files.
- Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Profit\AFAS Windows\Server Profile\Temp\TransSmartLogs
