Add a shortcut to TransSmart

If desired, you can add a shortcut to the TransSmart portal to the start menu so that you can log in directly.

If you want to keep the existing extra start menu item (to the AFAS customer portal), you can also add an extra group (in the Favourites menu) and drag the address from Internet Explorer to it.

To add a shortcut to TransSmart:

  1. Ask TransSmart for the exact address of the portal if you have not already received it.
  2. Go to: General / Environment / Management / Properties.
  3. Go to the tab: Start menu.
  4. Remove the data for the existing AFAS customer portal item in the start menu if you do not use it.
  5. Enter a description, for instance TransSmart.
  6. Add the address for TransSmart that you have received from them.
  7. Click on: OK.
