Add transporters and services (TransSmart)

In Profit, add the transporters who ship your packages. For the more advanced services, you generally have a contract directly with the transporter. If you want to specify the transporter and the service used to send your packages via TransSmart yourself then you register (or import) the services for shipping packages that transporters offer manually.

Note:

If you want/need to select Services with services and extra services from the Transporter in the packing slip, then these fields must have the same values as at TransSmart. Therefore, for every transporter only enter the combinations that you have agreed upon with TransSmart.

You add the Transporter and Service fields to the entry layouts of the sales order and/or the packing slip. When adding the sales order and/or packing slip, you select the transporter and the service and TransSmart then registers the shipment with this transporter. This, however, depends on the agreements that you have made with TransSmart and the transporter.

It could be that you need to first authorise transporters, services and import (Transporter service).
