Sales contact profile as cost centre

Transsmart provides an overview of the shipments, divided per cost centre. For this, Transsmart uses the Profit field Sales contact profile that always appears on the packing slip to be prenotified. Transsmart calls your sales contact profiles 'Costcenters'.

All sales contact profiles should be known to Transsmart as cost centres. If a sales contact profile is not registered with Transsmart, an error message appears preventing you from prenotifying.

To have Transsmart register sales contact profiles as cost centres:

  1. Please contact Transsmart.
  2. Submit the names of your sales contact profiles to Transsmart. They should register these values as 'Cost centre'.
