Set the article group for stocktaking

The article group should allow stocktaking. You set this up in the properties.

To set up an article group for stocktaking:

  1. Go to: Order Management / Item / Grouping / Article group.
  2. Open the properties of the article group. for which you want to take stock.
  3. Go to the tab: General.
  4. Select the Take stock check box.
  5. View the ledger entry in Voorraad. This field is already configured.
  6. Go to the tab:Integration.
  7. View the ledger entry for Rek. voorraadverschil on which the stock differences are entered. This field is already configured.
  8. Save the changes.
  9. Perform these steps for all article groups for which you want to take stock.
