Configure stocktaking
If you want to do stocktaking in Profit, you must set this up in the article group. You also have some optional settings at your disposal.

Description
With regard to stocktaking, the article group must have been set up for stocktaking.
Furthermore, in the entry layout you can set whether you wish to show the processed lines and whether or not you want a message when verification is enabled.
You can also enable stocktaking to be entered at a different point in time.
It is also possible to take stock using a barcode scanner. The general configuration and the specific settings for stocktaking with a barcode scanner are described separately.
Procedure
- Set the article group for stocktaking
The article group should allow stocktaking. You set this up in the properties.
- Set up the stocktaking entry layout
There are two things you can set for stocktaking: whether or not to show the processed lines and whether or not to disable the message that is displayed when verification is enabled.
- Set Deviating entry date and/or Deviating stocktaking time
There are two fields involved with setting the time for the stocktaking entry.
