Description
You can add promotional prices at three levels: for the sales price (in the basic price list), the specific price list and for the actual sales contact itself. In the level structure for the prices, the basic promotional price has the third priority. This means that if promotional prices have been recorded at a higher level, for example in a specific price list, then this price takes precedence over the basic promotional price. The basic sales price and the sales price from the price have lower priorities.
The (basic) promotional prices are always added to the basic price list to be found as the default in Profit.
The wizard for adding a promotional price is the same everywhere, whether you adding a promotional price, or adding a promotional price to a price list or adding a price agreement at sales contact level.
You can maintain promotional prices using the Profit entry program. This will give you an overview of the existing promotional prices and it is a simple and quick task to change existing promotional prices and add new ones.
