Import article dimensions

Two article dimension imports are available. These are:

• Article dimension

  The import can both update existing article dimensions and add new article dimensions. If the article dimension or the article dimension code does not exist, then a new one is created. If it does exist, then the existing one is modified. You can also use this to import custom fields in the import.
  If the import contains multiple article dimension codes for the same article dimension, then the article dimension (i.e. the header) is only imported the first time (description and any custom fields). This only applies if import lines with the same article dimensions appear in succession.

• Item dimension per item

  With this import, you add article dimensions to items.

If you want to use these imports, you must first authorise these menu options.

To import article dimensions:

1. Go to: 
   • Order Management / Management / Import item / Article dimension or
   • Order Management / Management / Import item / Item dimension per item.
2. From here on, follow the standard import procedure.
