Authorise stocktaking using a barcode scanner

After you have activated the barcode integration and the users are set up in general for using the barcode functionality, you still need to authorise the users for the stocktaking functions.

This concerns the actions Allocate stocktaking, Undo preparation and Prepare for scanning (on the Authorisation tab, which you reach by selecting 'Order Management / Stock /Stocktaking / Actions').

To authorise:

  1. Go to: General / Management / Authorisation tool.
  2. Authorise the menu options and actions in the usual way.
