Configure the integration of Profit Calendar and actual costing projects. This results in actual costing lines being displayed as appointments in Profit Calendar.

Description
To configure the integration of Profit Calendar with actual costing you have to still modify the entry layout and make a number of project specific settings in addition to adding an appointment type for actual costing lines and activating the integration.
Note:
Employees must be recognized as users. Profit only maintains a Calendar for users.
Procedure
- Activate integration between Profit Calendar and Actual Costing
Activate the integration between actual costing and the calendar in the environment settings. When you enable the integration, Profit fills the employees' calendars with the appointments based on actual costing lines that exist from the date of activation. This may take some time.
- Configure the actual costing per line entry layout for integration with Profit Calendar
Add the Start time and End time fields to the entry line in the entry layout that you use in the Actual costing per line function.
- Set up projects
Configure each product where Profit has to integrate the actual costing and display it in Profit Calendar.
- Set up work types
Configure each work type where Profit has to integrate the actual costing and display it in Profit Calendar.
