Applicants (UpdateConnector HrApplicant)

UpdateConnector for adding applications to a vacancy, while at the same time adding the applicant in Profit.

UpdateConnector name: HrApplicant

If you want to add applications and immediately link them to a workflow, you use the HrCreateApplicant UpdateConnector.

You can retrieve a list of fields to be supplied for each UpdateConnector and generate an XML example. See the description for AFAS Online or for a local installation.

Description

You can use the UpdateConnector to add an applicant with or without applications. New applicants are automatically numbered and the number matches the number of the person in Profit.

A new applicant cannot be known in Profit as an employee. The applicant can in fact be present as a person in Profit.

You can add one applicant for each call of the UpdateConnector.

Not possible with the connector:

• Change or delete records.
• Add a new application to an existing applicant.
