Add a Profit Calendar location

You add the locations that you want to use as meeting rooms in Profit Calendar or as a class room in Profit Course Management.

To add a location:

  1. Go to: General / Location / Location.
  2. Click on: New.
  3. Enter a value in Location.

    You can also select the Auto numbering check box so that Profit automatically determines the location code.

  4. Enter the description.
  5. If required, enter a value for Organisation and Contact.

    You would do this, for example if you give the course at the location of another organisation.

  6. Enter a value in Maximum number of places.

    This allows you to generate an occupancy overview. If you add a course at this location, Profit suggests this maximum but you can enter a different number for a course.

  7. Click on: Finish.
