Change a dossier item type

After you have added a dossier item type, you can still change its properties.

To change a dossier item type:

1. Go to: CRM / Dossier / Configuration / Dossier item type.
2. Open the properties of the dossier item type.
3. Go to the tab: General.
4. Change the settings required.
5. Click on: OK.
6. Go to the tab: Destination.
7. Select the destination and click on Make optional or Allowed.
8. Click on: OK.
9. Go to the tab: Settings.
10. Change the fields.

    If you select the Use custom fields check box, you cannot deselect it at a later stage.

11. Click on: OK.
