  • Configure CRM in InSite

    The configuration of CRM in InSite consists of activating page types and adding a menu item.

  • Configure organisations and persons

    For adding organisations and people you configure several aspects related to automatically displaying the additional details for a specific organisation or type of person. You also specify whether you want to number them manually or automatically. Finally, you specify the salutation with which organisations and people are addressed in correspondence.

  • Configure a dossier

    You build up a digital dossier by recording dossier items. Examples of dossier items are memos, call back promotion, letters received and sent, Excel price lists, and so on. There are several standard dossier item types that you can change. You can also add your own types.

  • Configure a campaign

    A campaign is a systematic public action with a specific goal. You conduct campaign actions using dossier items.

  • Configure the course administration

    With course management you can add courses and plan them. You determine the configuration of the courses yourself.

  • Configure the sales automation

    Using Sales automation you can use forecasts to record expectations regarding future sales and turnover.

  • Configure surveys

    Configuring the survey tool consists of filling a survey model with questions. Using the survey model you generate the surveys. Before you start the configuration, you first have to activate the functionality.
