Configure surveys

Configuring the survey tool consists of filling a survey model with questions. Using the survey model you generate the surveys. Before you start the configuration, you first have to activate the functionality.

Description

Set up surveys for the assessment of your employees as centrally as possible. This increases the comparability and the equal treatment of persons. After all, it is not very likely that every manager is allowed to use an own version of the default assessment form.

Procedure

  • Activate a survey

    You must activate the Survey functionality.

  • Add a question category

    You can classify the questions using categories. That way, you can assign all linked questions to a survey model in one go.

  • Add a selection group

    For a choice or multiple-choice question you can add a selection group.

  • Add a question

    You add questions and can link them to a question category. For each question you specify how the respondents can answer it.

  • Add a calculation question

    For a calculation question, after the survey is completed Profit calculates a value based on a number of other questions. Profit can determine the average, the average deviation of the the average, the sum, the highest value and the lowest value.

  • Add a question using an entry layout

    You can quickly add questions using an entry layout.

  • Add a survey model

    The survey model is a template that you use to generate surveys. You can always reuse the survey model to generate a new survey. A survey model contains the questions (and if applicable, the predefined answers) that you have included in the surveys.

    You fill a survey model with questions.

  • Add a category to a survey model

    You can add a question category to a survey model.

  • Configure surveys in InSite

    If you want to conduct surveys in InSite, you have to add the menu item first.
