Add a question to a survey model

You fill a survey model with questions. You can only add questions to a survey model that you have added yourself.

To add a question to a survey model:

  1. Go to: General / Survey / Configuration / Survey model.
  2. Open the properties of the survey model.
  3. Go to the tab: Questions.
  4. Click on the action: Questions Add.
  5. Select the relevant question(s).
  6. Click on: Finish.
  7. Open the properties of a question if you want to use a different version of the question. If later on you create a new version of a linked question, you will have to link the new version of the question.
  8. If applicable, select the question that the open question depends on. Once you have selected the relevant question, you also have to select the answer that the dependent question depends on. If the respondent selects that answer, Profit displays the dependent question. If he selects another answer, the dependent question will not be available. A dependent question must be of the Choice or Multiple choice type.
  9. Use the Upwards and Down buttons to change the order of the questions.

In the case of a dependent question, place the main question above the question that depends on it. The sequence number in this view is not the same as the question number, because a question category can contain multiple questions.

  10. Click on: OK.
