Set up the course invoicing

In the general settings you specify in which administration the journal entries are to be processed

To set up the course invoicing:

  1. Go to: CRM / Course management / Invoicing / Settings.
  2. Go to the tab: General.

    In Administration, you see the financial administration you are processing the journal entries in.

  3. Select the Split revenue per VAT duty check box, if you want to specify a separate ledger account for the invoicing per VAT duty.

    You record these ledger accounts in the Article group and the Integration group properties on the Integration VAT duty tab that will be displayed if this check box is selected.

  4. Click on: OK.
