Change the principal teacher

You can change the principal teacher for a session.

If you have InSite, you can use a Teacher cockpit that contains session and student information. The principal teacher has access to this Teacher cockpit and is therefore automatically authorised to report students as present and to move them to other courses.

To change the principal teacher:

  1. Go to: CRM / Course management / Event.
  2. Open the properties of the event..
  3. Go to the tab: Session.
  4. Open the properties of the session.
  5. Go to the tab: General.
  6. If applicable, select a different value in Organisation/person.
  7. Select a different teacher in Principal teacher.
  8. Click on: OK.

    The person is now added to the Teacher tab.

You can also change the principal teacher on the General tab in the properties of the event. If you have selected a person that has not yet been added as a teacher, you are now asked if you want to change the data in the corresponding session. If you click on Yes, the person is added to the Teacher tab in the properties of the session.
