Authorise a bank order set

You authorise the access of users and/or user groups to payment order sets, collection sets, refund sets and bank groups. You authorise the menu options, tabs and actions separately.

To authorise payment order, collection and refund sets:

  1. Go to: General / Management / Authorisation tool.
  2. On the left side of the window, select the group or user you want to allow to authorise access to the Fixed assets menu.

    On the right side of the Menu tab, the user menu structure is shown. Only the menu options with a check mark in front of them are shown in the menu of the users.

  3. You can make underlying levels visible using the + and -.
  4. Go to: Menu maintenance / General / Financial / Debtor.
  5. Select the IncassoSet and Refund set check boxes to make this menu option available or deselect them to make the menu option inaccessible.
  6. Go to: Menu maintenance / General / Financial / Creditor.
  7. Select the Payment order set check box to make this menu option available or deselect it to make the menu option inaccessible.

  8. Go to the tab: Authorisation to authorise the tabs.
  9. Go to: GeneralConfigurationPayment settingsBank accountTabsBank groups to authorise this tab.
  10. At the bottom, select the check box for the authorisation option No access, Read only or Maintain.
  11. Go to: Financial / Management / Settings / Tabs / Bank groups to authorise this tab.
  12. At the bottom, select the check box for the authorisation option No access, Read only or Maintain.
  13. Go to: Financial / Management / Bank groups / Tabs to authorise the tabs.
  14. At the bottom, select the check box for the authorisation option No access, Read only or Maintain.
  15. Go to: Financial / Management / Bank groups / Actions, to authorise the actions present for Bank groups.
  16. From these actions, select the actions you want to authorise and select the Allowed check box at the bottom.
  17. Go to: Financial / Bank order set / Tabs / General to authorise this tab.
  18. At the bottom, select the check box for the authorisation option No access, Read only or Maintain.
  19. Go to: Financial / Bank order set / Actions, to authorise the actions present for Bank order set.
  20. From these actions, select the actions you want to authorise and select the Allowed check box at the bottom.
  21. Close and open the environment to implement the changed authorisation.
