Link a bank account number to a bank group

Per administration, you link at most one bank account number to a bank group. You link a bank account number to a bank group from the financial settings or from the properties of a bank account number.

To link a bank account number or numbers to a bank group from the financial settings:

  1. Go to:
    • Financial / Management / Settings
    • General / Configuration / Payment settings / Bank account, Bank groups tab, New
  2. Go to the tab: Bank groups.
  3. Open the properties of the bank group.
  4. Go to the tab: Bank accounts.
  5. Click on: New.

    If the One bank check box has been selected for the bank group, you can only select bank account numbers with the same BIC/SWIFT address.

    Per administration, you can link only one bank account number to the bank group.

    Note:

    You can only add bank account numbers (administrations) for which you are authorised.

  6. Select the bank account numbers.
  7. Click on: Finish.

To link bank account numbers to a bank group from the properties of a bank account number:

  1. Go to: General / Configuration / Payment settings / Bank account.
  2. Open the properties of the bank account number.
  3. Go to the tab: Bank groups.
  4. Click on: New.
  5. Select the check box for the desired bank group.
  6. Click on: Finish.
  7. Click on: OK.
