Mandate forms report layout

Profit provides default report layouts for three different types of mandate form. You can change these reports to suit your requirements. For example, you can add your company logo.

Profit supplies the following report layouts: Default continuous SEPA mandate form (Profit), Continuous SEPA business mandate form (Profit) and One-time SEPA mandate form (Profit). The three types of SEPA debit mandate that are possible in Profit all have a different mandate form. You can use the sales contact profile to specify the report Profit must print for a debtor.

When a mandate form is printed, Profit determines which report should be printed on the basis of the context (the value in Mandate type, SEPA collection method and the Sales contact profile of the debtor).

You can first copy the default report layout and then change the copy. You can also use Report management to add a report yourself.

To add a new mandate form report:

  1. Go to: Financial / Output / Management / Report.
  2. Select the report.

  3. Click on the action: Copy.
  4. Enter a name for the report.
  5. The remaining fields are important for the authorisation.
  6. Click on: Finish.

Profit opens the Report generator and you can immediately start working in the report layout.

  7. Go to: Document / Exit.
  8. Click on Yes to save the report.
