View ledger cards

A ledger card for a certain account displays the entries for a single financial year (and any selected periods), including any opening balance entry.

To view ledger cards:

  1. Go to:Financial / Ledger / Ledger account.
  2. Select the accounts.
  3. Click on the action: Ledger card.
  4. Select the report.
  5. Click on: OK.
  6. Enter the financial year and select the periods, if desired.
  7. Enter the print settings:
    • Select the Page change per account check box. This causes a new account to be opened on every ledger card.
    • Select the Totals per period check box. This causes the period totals to be displayed on the report. Profit always displays the annual totals.
    • Select the Only accounts with entries check box if you do not want to print accounts without entries in the specified period.
  8. Click on: Finish.

To view multiple ledger cards:

You can display multiple ledger cards at the same time using a report if you want to see an overview of all accounts.

  1. Go to: Financial / Output / Report
  2. Open the report:
    • Ledger card (Profit)
    • Grootboekkaart inclusief budget (Profit)
    • Allocated ledger card (Profit)
    • Allocated ledger card including budget (Profit)
    • Ledger card in currency by account currency (Profit), this report shows totals and the underlying entries.
  3. Complete the fields.
  4. Click on: Finish.
