Copy a term of employment

Until now, you always had to completely configure a new term of employment. The leave types, employment types and default timetables had to be configured for each new term of employment. That took a lot of time.

From now on, within a CLA you can copy a term of employment including the complete configuration. This means less configuration work and time.

To copy a term of employment:

  1. Go to: HR / Organisation / CLA.
  2. Open the CLA properties.
  3. Go to the tab: Term of employment.
  4. Select the environment that you want to delete.
  5. Click on the action: Copy.
  6. Enter a code and a description for the new term of employment.
  7. Select the check box Apply a deviating working week in the term of employment if you want to deviate from the working week from the term of employment on which you are basing this new one. If you select this field, the default timetables will not be copied.
    1. Enter the start date.
    2. Enter the number of days and hours per week.
  8. Click on: Finish.
