Record a deviating 'CBS'/CLA code per employer

If an employer uses another Sector risk group and/or 'CBS' CLA code, you can record these deviations at the employer level.

You configure the Sector risk group and 'CBS' CLA code at the CLA level. You can deviate from these choices both per employer and per employee. If you deviate at the employer level, that does not mean you need to change all the individual employees. The change at the employer level applies to all employees of the employer.

To specify a deviating 'CBS'/'CLA' code per employer:

  1. Go to: HR / Organisation / Employer.
  2. Open the employer’s properties.
  3. Go to the tab: CLA.
  4. Open the CLA properties.
  5. Go to the tab: 'CBS' CLA and sector risk group.
  6. Click on: New.
  7. Enter the start date.

If salary processing lines that are before the Start date are already present, you initiate RAE entries for these lines. This only applies to employees of the employer that are linked to the selected CLA.

  8. Select the deviating data.
  9. Click on: Finish.
