Record preferred employer values

If you add an employer, Profit will automatically set the preferred values. Check the preferred values before you record the start of employment of employees to the employer.

To record preferred employer values:

  1. Go to: HR / Organisation / Employer.
  2. Open the employer’s properties.
  3. Go to the tab: Preferred value HRM.
  4. Select the days closed table.

The Days closed table contains the days the company is closed. These can be public holidays supplied as defaults or days you have added yourself.

  5. To check the settings in Salary:
    • Salary

You decide whether to record employees' salaries as full-time or part-time salaries. If you select Register on the basis of full-time, Profit automatically converts the full-time salary of part-timers to a part-time salary.

    • Period table

This period table is used as the preferred table in the employment start wizard. This setting is especially important for administration offices and other organisations that manage a lot of employers using Profit.

  6. Select Generate absence messages if you want to digitally exchange absence entries with the 'UWV' using 'Digi-ZSM (Digitaal, Zeker, Snel en Makkelijk)'.
  7. Click on: OK.
