Generate a 'MaetisArdyn' file copy

You can always recreate a digital file later on. In that case the file becomes a file copy. This is possible because messages already sent are saved in Profit.

To generate a 'MaetisArdyn' file copy:

  1. Select the line with the generated file.
  2. Click on the action: Create Arbo message.
  3. Profit asks if you want to create a file copy. Click on Yes.
  4. You now have to specify a file location. Never use the location of the original file, because you cannot overwrite it.
  5. Click on: Finish. 

    Profit reports that the file is ready.
