Create a portal page as site manager

You create a new, empty portal page.

To create a portal page:

  1. Log on and start Site management.
  2.  Click on: New / Portal page.

  3. Select a value for Page type.

    You have two options:

    • Copy an existing page

      Select the Copy existing page check box. Base the new page on an existing page and select the page. In this situation it is often easier to open the page in question and to copy it.

    • Create a new page

      Do not select the Copy existing page check box.

  4. Enter the description.

  5. In the following windows, you can set up the following data:
  6. Click on: Add

Check the properties of a page:

After adding the page, it opens immediately. Check the properties.

  1. Click on: Properties (in the Page frame).

    If a user opens the page, the description appears in the tab. The name in the Publication name field will form part of the URL.

  2. Click Edit in the Page frame.
