Edit a document as site manager

A site manager can edit a document. If the site manager edits and publishes a document, then the document does not go through the workflow again.

To edit a document as site manager:

  1. Log on and start Site management.
  2. Click on: Pages maintained.
  3. Select the document..
  4. Click on: Edit (in the Page frame).
  5. Change the text on the page.

    You can also add, for example, a banner, a hyperlink or an image.

  6. Click on: Publish.
  7. Click on Yes in the message.
