E-mail to contact person

You can inform customers via e-mail about the status of a dossier item or alert them to the fact that a dossier item must be approved.

Description

In Profit, you can specify that for specific situations you want to send a mail to your customers:

  • When the password has changed.
  • A mail so that the receiver can confirm his opt-in registration.
  • To inform that a dossier item has been submitted.
  • To inform that there has been a status change for a specific dossier item.
  • if you have Course Management, you can specify that your customers automatically receive a confirmation mail after they have registered.

Preparation

  • Set up a message template

    You set up an e-mail template for sending an e-mail via a dossier item in the workflow and when there is a status change for the dossier item type.
