Invoice instalments in a project profile
You can add invoice instalments to a project profile and change them. Profit uses the same relationship for invoice instalments for a project that you base on this project profile.
Example
In a project profile you enter 3 instalments for the invoice instalments, an agreed price of 100, and the following ratio:
- 10
- 40
- 50
In this case a new project to which you link this project profile wit an agreed price of € 100,000 will have 3 invoice instalments with these amounts:
- € 10,000
- € 40,000
- € 50,000
To view and change invoice instalments in a project profile:
- Go to: Projects / Management / Project profile.
- Open the properties of the project profile.
- Go to the tab:Invoice instalment.
On this tab you see the data that has been copied if you have set a project and selected the corresponding check box in the Copy profile data Of project project profile.
You can add or change invoice instalments in the project profile.
For the project that you base on this profile, Profit uses the same ratio for the invoice instalments.
