Set up a product range for a sales contact

You configure the product range for the sales contact to which it applies. You can specify whether or not it is allowed to deviate from the linked product range when adding an order. If you have a bakery licence, then there is no default product range, because in that case the product ranges are linked to the price lists.

Set up a product range for a sales contact

  1. Go to: Order Management / Sales / Sales contact .
  2. Go to the tab:General.
  3. Select the Product range. If you do not select a product range then Profit checks if the article is present in the supplied default product range with code *****.
  4. If applicable, select the Allow different product range check box.
  5. Click on: OK
