Add a product range

You can add a new product range. Using multiselect, you can immediately link articles and assembled items to the product range in bulk.

For bakeries there is a link between the price lists and the product ranges. If you create a price list, a product range is immediately created with the same code, description and start date. All articles/assembled items that are added to the price list, are also automatically added to the product range.

To add a product range:

  1. Go to: Order Management / Sales / Configuration / Product range.
  2. Click on: New
  3. Enter a Code and a Description that allows you to easily recognise the product range.
  4. Select the Start date of the product range. When you add an order Profit checks if the order date is between the start and end dates of the product range.
  5. If necessary, select an End date.
  6. Click on: Next
  7. Select the articles and assembled items that you want to link.
  8. Click on: Finish
  9. Now set up the product range for the sales contact.
