Supplement product range

You complement an existing product range with articles and/or assembled items. You can add these one by one or as a whole range all at once.

After the activation the default ***** product range is created automatically with the system date as the start date. This product range is not filled by default.

To supplement a product range with large numbers of articles/assembled items:

  1. Go to: Order Management / Sales / Configuration / Product range.
  2. Open the properties of the product range that you want to supplement.
  3. Go to the tab: Product range lines.
  4. Click on the action: Supplement.
  5. If necessary, change the Start date.
  6. Click on: Next
  7. If necessary, filter on the correct articles/assembled items.
  8. Select the articles and assembled items that you want to link using CTRL+A.
  9. Click on: Finish

To add a single article to the product range:

You can also add a single article or assembled item to the product range.

  1. Go to: Order Management / Sales / Configuration / Product range.
  2. Open the properties of the product range that you want to supplement.
  3. Go to the tab: Product range lines.
  4. Click on: New
  5. Complete the fields.
  6. Click on: Finish
