Link the tax authority’s mailbox to the ‘BAPI’ PKI certificate

You check whether Profit is able to establish a connection with the tax authority on the basis of the ‘BAPI’ communication profile.

If after importing the certificate you performed the Mailbox request action, the mailbox is already linked to the certificate. In that case, you do not need to carry out the following procedure.

To request a mailbox from the tax authority:

  1. Go to: General / Communication service / Communication profile.
  2. Open the properties of the communication profile. Communication with tax authority (BAPI) .
  3. Click on the action: Mailbox request.

    Note:

If you do not yet have a mailbox, the Mailbox request action will automatically launch the process that requests a mailbox from the tax authority.

  4. Select the PKI certificate that must be linked to the mailbox.

This action is only possible if there is more than one valid (not yet expired) PKI certificate. If there is only one certificate it is automatically selected.

  5. Complete the fields.
  6. Click on: Finish.
