Request a ‘BAPI’ PKI mailbox from the tax authority

Request a mailbox from the tax authority via Profit if you do not have a mailbox.  Most organisations need only one communication environment. If you want to use multiple communication environments, you require a mailbox for each communication environment.

If you already have a mailbox with the tax authority, you can skip this step. In that case continue recording your mailbox in Profit.

To request a mailbox from the tax authority:

  1. Go to: General / Communication service / Communication profile.
  2. Open the properties of the communication profile. Communication with tax authority (BAPI).
  3. Click on the action: Mailbox request.

    Note:

    If you already have a mailbox, the Mailbox request action will automatically launch the process that links the mailbox to the PKI certificate.

  4. Complete the fields.
  5. Click on: Finish.
  6. Print the form, sign it and send it to the following address:
