Complete a vacancy

Once the vacancy has been filled, it is completed. This ends the application procedure.

To complete a vacancy:

  1. Go to: HR / Recruitment and selection / Vacancy.
  2. Open the properties of the vacancy.
  3. Go to the tab:General.
  4. Select Filled for Vacancy status.
  5. Go to the tab: Filled.
  6. Enter the date on which the vacancy was filled and select the relevant applicant.
  7. Click on: OK
