Accept or reject applicants

If you accept or reject an applicant, you register this by changing the status of the application.

To employ or reject an applicant:

  1. Go to: HR / Recruitment and selection / Vacancy.
  2. Open the properties of the vacancy.
  3. Go to the tab: Application.
  4. Select the applicants whose status you want to change. Select multiple applicants by selecting the respective check boxes.
  5. Click on the action: Status application adjustment.
  6. Select the new status.
  7. Click on: Finish.
  8. Click on: OK.
